Company owner, Andy Phillips developed Teambuilding Works, to bring unique experiences to improve well-being and fun to workplaces and is part of the Speedkix Brand which was launched in 2017 after a long career in Education. During his time as Lecturer in Uniformed Public Services teaching Leadership, Outdoor Activities and Career Planning, he has helped hundreds of young people achieve their dream of joined the Armed Forces and Emergency Services.

Andy is also a UEFA B qualified Goalkeeper Coach and has coached all over the world for many professional and semi-professional clubs. Since been released by a professional club in the early 1990’s he has continued to share his expertise with young aspiring keepers, with many going on to professional or semi-professional teams.
